Implementing fitness in your life, probably makes you ๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐๐. You don’t know if you can be consistent. You’re not sure if you can prepare your meals everyday. You don’t really know how to deal with calories. You have a hectic job, and you have friends that always ask you to hang out.

Well, I have that kind of lifestyle. Hectic. Sometimes my lifestyle gets too crazy, that mismanaging my social life and work life is a normal thing for me.

That’s my point. I’ve been interested in fitness even before my military days in Singapore, around 7 years back. That was during my high school days, where working out was easy, since managing my high school time table wasn’t that hard.

๐ฝ๐ช๐ฉ ๐ ๐๐ค๐ฉ ๐๐๐ฉ, ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฃ’๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐๐ก๐ก๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ง๐ค๐๐ง๐๐จ๐จ ๐ข๐ช๐๐. I was lifting same weight almost every day and I didn’t look like I lifted at all. Then I had to enter military and that’s when my life changed.

I realized that even with working out, my fitness level was still extremely poor. We had to do a fitness test and I barely passed. ๐๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ (๐ฉ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ค ๐ฐ๐๐ฌ ๐๐).

I saw my commanders with ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐, ๐ฒ๐
๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐น๐ ๐ณ๐ถ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐บ๐ฎ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ. That’s where I grew inspired to delve deeper in fitness and nutrition.

I learnt a lot, experienced different styles of training and nutrition. I tried preparing meals everyday for a while, I tried training like a bodybuilder, a powerlifter-and even tried bodyweight-only exercises and prioritized running.

I realized that I had to change my approach to fitness altogether. That’s how I started the #inikahlifestyle.

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ, to achieve social-work-fitness life balance. Given my already hectic schedules, I’m still able to maintain, if not grow my physique into levels I haven’t reached before, effortlessly. Eating all kinds of foods, training minimally with the #inikahlifestyle approach got me to where I am.

It saddens me to see how messed up the fitness industry is now. Unnatural athletes selling products and portraying unrealistic goals to people. I never even use Whey Protein and other supplements. ๐ ๐๐๐ญ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐จ๐. ๐๐๐๐ฅ, ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐. Not those broccoli and plain breast meat nonsense.

This drives me to change people one by one. I’m inspired to impart all my knowledge to people who are not interested in bullshit and crappy coaching. I’m inspired to see people implement fitness and nutrition effortlessly with #inikahlifestyle. I swear, this method can be used for life (yes, even until you’re grey and old). It’s amazing.
